I finally heard the words I’ve been waiting to hear! Last night I booked an event, and the sponsor said, “Yours are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve been to the big names from here to New York. Hands down, you win. I need you at all my functions.” Yay me!
I debuted my Tropical Punch cupcakes at work yesterday, and the words “freaking awesome” came back. I mean, I’m used to hearing “incredible” and “delicious” and “moist” and so on, but it seems every time I try something new, I get better. Oh yeah, my White Zinfandels, Apple Martinis and Patron Margarita cupcakes are a hit too. I’m about to make elevated peanut butter and jelly cupcakes. Did I tell you about that time I made berry tarts with very little sugar added? I built a better machine. I will not lose.
